I stayed at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas with my family, and I can honestly say it was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel of this level. During my stay, we were affected by a water leak that damaged our clothes. Despite creating a report while I was still at the hotel, no action was taken to address the issue.

During my stay, we were affected by a water leak that damaged our clothes. Despite creating a report while I was still at the hotel, no action was taken to address the issue.
When I checked out, I assumed the situation would be handled, but more than a week passed and they never contacted me. I took it upon myself to contact them via email, and after countless back-and-forth emails, I have only wasted my time with no resolution or compensation.
For a hotel with such a reputation, I expected much better service and accountability. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Only problem with this late check out was that the housekeeping opened our room around 12 noon without our consent, and had no clue that we had a late check out. Lastly it took the bell desk 45 minutes to bring my bags, I would understand if they had taken the bags from my room, but they did not, I checked them in because I had 2-3 hours to kill before my flight and didn’t want to walk around with luggage. Thankfully the hotel is near the airport if not I wouldn’t have made my flight.

Generally outdated hotel with minimal amenities. I was there for a convention and the business facilities are fine (a shorter walk compared to some properties) but rooms are outdated. Hot water for showers was inconsistent, some of the elevators were closed, leading to insanely long lines (30+ mins) to get back to my hotel room.
Don’t stay, it’s not worth it.

Thought it was a housekeeping mistake. Not a mistake, they don’t provide them. For a $39 per day resort fee, you would think I could have coffee in my room at my convenience. Can’t even get room service right now as they don’t open until 6 am.
