Nice room but whole hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The room was great! What I didn't like was the amount of smoke drifting up the elevator and stair ways into the hotel rooms making them smell. The other thing that bothered me was the nickel and diming attached to everything in the room. I prefer that the hotel I stay in charges a price and you get everything for that price. The other thing that bothered me was the nickel and diming attached to everything in the room. I prefer that the hotel I stay in charges a price and you get everything for that price. Don't lowball my room charge and then make up that difference by charging extra for each and every amenity in the room. The reason I gave the Very Good score was because this hotel exceeds the other nearby hotels I've stayed in before in Las Vegas and it is very convenient to everything on the strip.

Beware. Never again.

The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First off, the lighting is so dim in the elevator and lobby you can barely see. Room was tired, small bathtub that barely drained and sewage backed up into the sink. The mini bar people did not check on a timely basis before our arrival so we were charged over $50 for things we did not use. When I…

Room was tired, small bathtub that barely drained and sewage backed up into the sink. The mini bar people did not check on a timely basis before our arrival so we were charged over $50 for things we did not use. When I called I was told the charge would be disputed in 10 days. I did send an email to customer care team which was a challenge. Not easy to navigate. I am sure they make it difficult so people give up. The hotel did refund the minibar charge and resort fee, but I still paid over $1000 for 2 nights in a resort I will never stay in again.

I would highly recommend Nobu Hotel to anyone. The Staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean. I would highly recommend Nobu Hotel to anyone. The Staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean. The room was excellent, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I travel 75% of the time for my job! The Nobu Hotel drivers were top notch! I used this service to and from the airport. The only thing that I would suggest improvement on is 'Ivy'. This texting service proved to be great at the beginning, but several times throughout my stay Ivy was available, but didn't always answer my questions. But rather, I would get an automated response that did not address my concern. I would suggest the person(s) answering the texts, actually read them before they answer.

Once of my new favorite places to stay! Recently stayed here for two nights—got a room with King Bed. The room was chic, clean, and spacious—the bathroom was huge! Bathroom had a vanity area—was not a fan of the shower area, its was an open area (not walk-in) so I was cold while taking a shower.

They had a fridge but you couldn’t use it because they had stuff inside and if you moved anything, they would charge you. There is a safe and they do offer dry cleaning service, which I was able to take advantage of! Overall, service here was excellent! They called to double check everything was going smoothly—also concierge was nice and helpful. I really liked the location of Nobu, right in the center of Caesar’s, but once you get upstairs, it’s very quiet and peaceful.

It’s always CP for me. Not matter what. Best property in LV. First time at Nobu Hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Top notch service from A-Z. Anyone and everyone must try it for themselves. Thank me later.
