Worst checkin experience. No customer service. They strung us aling for 4 hours - 2 hours after check in. They just don't care. Book elsewhere.
Not worth it for the money. Those who like it are on expense accounts.
Really, there are a ton of better places here.
Disappointment

We thought staying at the Nobu Hotel to enjoy the in room dining from the Nobu restaurant would be an excellent experience. Needless to say it was not the bathroom floor was dirty. The receiver for the telephone did not work after ordering the meal. The hot food was cold and when ordering breakfast the cream curdled this is absolutely unacceptable because it could’ve all been avoided with good customer service and attention paid in the kitchenI hate to blame the servers and we did tip them very well because the problems were in the kitchen and with the cleaning staff and ultimately the management because I’m sure this wasn’t the first time any of this happened. as a matter of fact, in the case of the cream instead of it being replaced, we were told that they had no more cream so on a Friday morning in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace no one could find half-and-half for morning breakfast. We tend to wear slippers when traveling anyway, but the floors were unacceptable. We just put towels down in the bathroom to suffice.I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and to top it off, The elevators still did not work from the casino level to the parking level Friday evening through Saturday morning, and there was no one there to guide us with our luggage. The Nobu staff should have been prepared to assist us when we checked out Saturday morning, but instead because we didn’t know until we got to the elevators that we had to haul up three flights of stairs maybe 20 years ago wouldn’t have been a problem, but you get a little older and hauling luggage up and downstairs after supposedly staying at a resort on the strip again unacceptable

Nobu Hotel is located inside Caesar’s Palace and easy to find from the entrance. Very quiet hotel once check in on floor 72. Complimentary cocktails every night of stay at the lobby floor 72 and that’s where the gym is located as well. There’s also complimentary bottles of water and apples each day. The shower leaked in our first room and the bar fridge wouldn’t open, so management moved us to a new room which was great with a view of the strip.
The Nobu / Caesar’s Palace is central on the strip and plenty of places to see and to eat.

Poor Management Ruins the Fun and Tranquility

Overall: private elevator, quiet reception and gym, coffee and happy hour are all outshined by the poor management. Hotel was overbooked when I checked in. The hotel blamed a third party, third party blamed the hotel. I was too exhausted to play mediator. They tell you they will text you when rooms are ready but didn’t, managers and front desk…

The hotel blamed a third party, third party blamed the hotel. I was too exhausted to play mediator. They tell you they will text you when rooms are ready but didn’t, managers and front desk promise to look into issues but then “had busy days”.
To great:
- The room was very simple, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was nice and big, great shower and amenities.
- Can’t beat the location, much closer to the casino, and getting in and out of the hotel
- loved the private lobby, coffee in the morning.
The not so great:
- Almost no coordination between Caesars and Nobu
- Management was absent for three straight days so if something goes wrong one of the staff members can’t solve you’re out of luck

Nice hotel inside a hotel

Nobu is located in Ceasars palace across from the Montecristo cigar lounge. It is a little confusing as you walk in on the first floor, but the lobby for the Nobu hotel is on floor 72. I did ask about that. Nobu is in tower 7 of Ceasars, and the hotel has a total of 12 floors. The room was spacious, I felt. The bathroom was quite large in size.…

The bathroom was quite large in size. It definitely worked for three women. There is a long vanity table behind the bathroom door that was able to hold our toiletry bags and more. There is also a nice stool to sit on while primping. The closet also was a decent size for us to hang quite a few items of clothing. There is a dresser under the tv and drawers in the closet. Now, one thing that bothered me to my core, the refrigerator, is fully stocked, and so were items on top of that dresser. They are monitored in some fashion that if they are picked up or moved and not put back in 30 seconds, it will be automatically added to your room bill. We were told this at check-in. But come on... so if you had something that needed to be refrigerated, you wouldn't be able to. We did not call and ask if a refrigerator could be brought to our room. I'm not sure if that is even an option. There was a single serve keurig. We did have a partial view of some of the hotels on the strip. They have complimentary coffee and tea starting at 7am. Complimentary alcoholic drinks, with a drink card, from 5 to 6 pm. The gym has small bottles of water and apples that are available.
You will need your card to go anywhere besides the lobby or the casino floor of the ceasars. Would I stay there again? Yes.
