This hotel was amazing. From the staff to the room to the people who cleaned the room, top notch all the way!! We were so impressed with the staff. They were overly helpful and never seemed put out to be of assistance. Nigel, Kathy, Sara and Vonetra to name a few were phenomenal. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Staff not only wonderful but the young woman at the morning front desk went above and beyond excellent service. Very clean. Nice location. I visited my niece on Dec 2nd. And boarded the Queen Mary 2 on the 3rd. She helped me select the best transportation to Brooklyn pier 12.

Amazing hotel, upgraded room with a full kitchen. Views were amazing, centrally located to Penn Station. Breakfast was good, room was clean, and wait staff responsive to anything we needed. Will be back next November for our yearly trip to NYC

The suite was absolutely wonderful! By far the largest hotel room I've had while staying in Manhattan. It was so nice to have amenities within the room like laundry, kitchenette, ample seating, etc. The location was convenient, as well. I would definitely stay again!

Staff were personable, responsive and efficient. The neighborhood was fantastic to stay in.
The rooftop terrace was
readily accessible and was quite pleasant. You could also access the dining area after hours which was a pleasant surprise.
