Going out of their way to help, nothing was too much trouble. It is perfectly placed for the airport train services, they stop literally outside the hotel. It's in a great location for visiting the sights and in a vry safe area. This is my 2nd visit and I shall return. The beds are super comfy. We stayed in an executive double, double room which was massive.

On check in I queried the receptionist on the 200 dollar been taken from my card and she said it was in case of damage to the property or in case we owed hotel money. She said that it would be refunded to my card on departure if everything was in order - which it was but we found an invoice pushed under room door this morning taking 160 dollars for these facilities charges and when I queried it I was told it was a mandatory New York charge and that I should have read small print on my booking documents. On top of this they charge (but do not tell you about) a $35 nightly fee for "facilities" utter joke for this grimy and dated "hotel" as the only thing they provide is WiFi. The only positive from this stay is the location.
