Central Park View Rooms have views of Central Park, are located on floors 3-9 and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child on a rollaway bed. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

City View Suites have views of Sixth Avenue, a spacious separate living room and two bathrooms, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

Park View Suites have views of Central Park and a spacious separate living room, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

Deluxe Park View Suites are as above but larger and with breathtaking views of Central Park and complimentary club lounge access, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Premier Park Suites are 1100 sq ft corner suites with panoramic views of Central Park, a large living room with dining area and complimentary club lounge access, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living area, sleeping 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Contour Gastro Lounge And Bar (American restaurant serving carefully crafted dishes with cocktails). Quiet luxury at its best, exceptional service at every turn, and spacious accommodations exquisitely designed with views of Central Park. The pride of upholding the brand and providing a revered hard- and soft-product is evident. An area that sets this hotel a part is the people, from each and every department, they strive for excellence and it is felt in all interactions. From pre-planning (and execution) with Tina and Daniella, to the doormen Joe and Victor, to the front desk team led by Courtney, and the club lounge team with a shout out to Megan, Kelly, and Jason. You will be inspired to book your return visit and dream of a world in which you could just move in forever! 😊 There are not many places that will leave such an indelible mark as the care and recognition of your patronage is abundantly recognized. There is much competition in the NYC luxury market but rest assured, this Ritz-Carlton has been tried and tested and has lasting power as they understand the true art of superior service. the ritz central park NYC very disappointing , very run down hotel, rooms are very out dated, doesn't feel elevated, not good service by the team, with zero acknowledge to any loyalty member, not even trying to make it as an ok experience, the 2 stars is only for location- stay away

The concierge Bernd was so nice and made sure I received my favorite papers every morning., The restaurant staff is stellar and breakfast was a treat with Abdou, Remy, Ricardo, Christina and others. Beautiful hotel, great location across from Central Park. Hotel was nicely renovated from the original St. Moritz. Guest rooms are luxurious and spotlessly maintained by the housekeepers. Tina Tza is a real professional hotelier and followed up to make us feel comfortable and have a great stay. Tina has been at Ritz Carlton Central Park since it was converted from the St. Moritz. We stayed here previously and had a problem with the lack of ventilation in our guest room. This has since been corrected. Unfortunately many hotels now have their guest room windows sealed and rely on mechanical ventilation to bring in fresh air. This is fine as long as everything is properly maintained. The system at this hotel is designed to introduce fresh air into the hallways and relies on the exhaust vents in the bathrooms to suck that air under the guest room door to provide ventilation. Contrary to what most people believe the air conditioning units along the walls do not bring in fresh air. They only circulate the same used air. So if you are staying in an hotel where the windows are sealed I advise that you go into the bathroom and hold a tissue over the exhaust vent and if it is not exhausting that you complain to the manager. All the expected qualities are there, with a very helpful and welcoming staff, fresh flowers, delicious food and drinks, and a well-equipped fitness center. Two unusual finds for us were a roll-away bed comfortable enough for an adult, and the opportunity to be driven to Lincoln Center in the hotel’s limo AND BACK, on a cold, windy night. I’m sure this can’t always be available, and we’ve never been offered this at any other hotels, but we’re very grateful, especially to the doorman and driver! Read less
