Deluxe Rooms are 330 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premium King View Rooms are 354 sq ft and offer views of the Chrysler Building or Empire State Building, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

John on the front desk was very helpful and courteous at check in and even managed to get us better rooms, one with a spectacular view of the Chrysler building. Whenever we needed water we just called down and it was delivered to the room, cleanliness was perfect on a daily basis. The vouchers for the bar were definitely a bonus! Eva working in the bar area was so helpful and just an all round lovely person. We will definitely be back hopefully next year and will recommend to anyone looking to book a stay in New York. We stayed at the Westin Grand Central and it was truly amazing. Great service and very accomodating. The manager, Irina Borukhov was so helpful and generous. Great rooms and perfect location. I would highly recommend a visit. Thanks to all of the staff and be back soon!

I stayed at the Westin New York Grand Central last night and was greatly disappointed. There were a series of issues: - At check-in I was not greeted as a Marriott Gold member, offered a room upgrade or provided a welcome bonus - There was no water in my room so I called twice asking for water and it never came (despite being assured both times I called that water was on its way) - The mini-fridge had garbage from the prior guest that had never been cleaned out - The room was very hot and the A/C did little to cool it down Read less

Marlonn was the best front desk associate during our stay in March 2025. He made us feel like family.
