Flying Club members can earn points as a percentage of the miles you have flown depending on the cabin you are flying in. Take a look at the table below for more information.

Missing points
When claiming points please keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of points appear on your account. If the points do not show on your account within six weeks, please contact us to claim them back.
The small print
Earning points:
If you're a member of one of our partner airlines' frequent flyer programmes, please note that you can only earn points in one scheme for any particular flight.
Points may only be earned on flights operated by All Nippon. Points will be issued to Flying Club members when travelling in the classes listed. Points will not be earned for travel in any other class not listed above.
Additional points will not be earned for bookings that are subsequently upgraded to a higher class whereby an additional fare difference is paid.
Spend points
The table below shows round-trip mileage, not including applicable taxes and surcharges. If a journey requires a connecting flight or stopover to reach the destination, points are charged for each sector.
One-way trips are permitted at half of the round-trip mileage shown below.

Infant Reward Flight
An infant under two at the time of travel and not requiring a seat, will be charged the following points for a round trip.
One-way journey's would require half the points.

How to book
Please contact the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club team to check availability and to make a booking.
Bookings must be made at least 48hrs before departure. Points must be redeemed from one account.
