How to book

Visit the dedicated Alamo and Virgin Atlantic website to make a booking or for more information.

You will be asked to enter your Flying Club membership number when booking and remember to show your Flying Club membership number on collection of the car.

Missing points

Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of points appear on your account.

If the points do not show on your account within six weeks, please contact Alamo to claim them back using your 10 digit membership number.

Earning points:

All rentals are subject to availability and Alamo's standard Terms & Conditions apply.

Qualifying rentals are car rentals of a single vehicle for one (1) or more consecutive days (a qualifying rental means each consecutive twenty four (24) hour period).

Discounted rates are ineligible for Virgin points including rentals involving free, complimentary, non commissionale travel industry rate rentals and tour rate products (rentals as part of a holiday package), rentals under corporate agreements, insurance replacement and body shop rentals.
