Hilton Honors

Members now only earn Hilton Honors Points on all Hilton hotel stays. You are still able to convert your Hilton Honors Points into Virgin Points.

Once you've reached 10,000 Hilton Honors Points you may exchange these for Virgin Points (in increments of 10,000 points). You'll receive 1,500 Virgin Points per 10,000 Hilton Honors Points exchanged. 

Call your nearest Hilton Reservations and Customer Care Center or book online at www.hiltonhonors3.hilton.com

Quote your Flying Club membership number at the time of booking and present your card at hotel check in.

Keep all copies of original receipts until the correct amount of points appears in your account.

Flying Club members can exchange their points for Hilton Honors points, which can then be redeemed for Honors rewards such as free hotel nights, experimental rewards, premium merchandise and much much more.

Flying Club members are able to exchange points at the following rate: 2 Virgin Points for 3 Hilton Honors points.

Minimum Level: 10,000 points and then in increments of 10,000. Just call the Flying Club Helpline with your Honors account number.

*Please note your name on your Flying Club membership account must match exactly with the name on your Hilton Honors account for a successful transfer. Your transfer will take up to 30 days and a booking cannot be made until the transfer is complete.

Flying Club members can also exchange Hilton Honors points for Virgin Points. To exchange Hilton Honors points for Virgin Points please visit Hilton Reservations and Customer Care.

Exchange points at a rate: 10,000 Honors points into 1,500 Virgin Points.

Points cannot be transferred back to Flying Club once transferred to your Hilton Honours account.
