Unlike Flying Club Miles, Virgin Points will never expire. This means you have as much time as you need to redeem your Virgin Points, which have exactly the same value as miles. So no matter what life throws at you, your points are yours to use now or in the future.

Points earned on Virgin Atlantic flights

Points will only be added to your account after you've flown, and this normally takes around five days from the date of your last flight. For example, if you were on a return trip, the points would be credited to your account up to five days after you arrive home from the return flight.

If you're still not seeing your points in your account after this, you can claim your points back online.

Claim missing points on a Virgin Atlantic flight

Points earned with partners

It can take up to six weeks for points from one of our partners to go into your account.

If you're still missing points with one of our partner brands after this time, you'll need to claim them directly with the partner. We've put together a list of contacts and everything you need to claim your points back.
