No. Economy Delight is an Economy fare with extra legroom — it is not the Premium cabin. Economy Delight has a 34-inch seat pitch, one checked bag (23kg), and standard Economy check-in. Premium is a separate cabin with up to 38-inch seat pitch, two checked bags (23kg each), a wider leather seat, dedicated Premium check-in, and priority boarding.

No. Lounge access is not included with Premium. The Clubhouse at Heathrow is available to Upper Class passengers and Flying Club Gold card holders. Premium passengers benefit from dedicated check-in, bag drop, and priority boarding, but do not have access to the Clubhouse.
