The health and wellbeing of our customers and people has always been our number one priority. It is important that those travelling with us are symptom free and safe to fly. Please review carefully the following statements and select all that that apply to you, and others travelling with you on the same booking.

To ensure the health and wellbeing of others, at the airport and onboard, it’s important you don’t travel if you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with others who do, or are currently required to quarantine. Travelling under any of these circumstances unfortunately results in a breach of our conditions of carriage. If you choose to travel, you may not be permitted to board the plane.

If you do have COVID-19 symptoms, we wish you a safe recovery, and we can’t wait to welcome you back onboard as soon as possible.
Face masks
We’re following the latest government, World Health Organisation, and industry regulatory guidance by requiring masks to be worn at all times onboard, unless you meet the exemptions criteria, as are many of our airport partners. If you do not meet the exemption criteria, and opt not to wear a face mask or face covering, you will not be permitted to board the plane.
