The customer service here is what always makes us come back. Hafeez, Hamidu and Hassan at the pool always go above and beyond for myself and my family. Can’t recommend here enough! Thank you for always making us feel comfortable and welcome.

I have visited this cozy Mediterranean restaurant for lunch after the beach . Very nice atmosphere sitting outside with great food. Choice of many Mediterranean dishes Was served by a gentleman called Mahmoud, who took great care of special wishes and requests Top team in general

Hotel is in a great position. Club room with a beach view.. Thomas the "trainee" waiter in the Grand grill, great smile and service. Great views from the 25th floor Club bar with excellent staff including Sofia, Matt, Ahmed the barman and Mket. Food fantastic - special mention to Amer the pastry chef. Hawaiin cake. Gorgeous
