Extraordinary Hotel Management

Mr Miller was the BEST hotel manager. He was kind, understanding and took time to listen to our concerns. Not only that, he treated his staff with efficiency during such busy hours of the day. Mr Miller made our visit to Nassau memorable and my birthday the best. Thank you very very much! What an awesome man!

Excellent experience! Great hotel rooms, good restaurants and perfect pool/beach area.
Most of the staff were helpful and polite but we experienced some of the employees to be more slacky and minor service minded, especually in the restaurants.
Awesome pool

We had a great time at the British Colonial! The pool and beach are beautiful. The hotel is downtown near a lot of attractions, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was great. Everyone was helpful. We felt relaxed and adored the vacation.
They wrongly charge your credit card

Be careful, they charge your credit card without your signature for the expenses of the person right after you, no matter how much you claim, write to the management, they will never reimburse you !

Pleasant Stay

Pleasant stay while in transit. Room was okay - but not particularly memorable. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The hotel is in a good located in Nassau, so easy to explore the area on foot - and in close proximity to restaurants and shops.
