Great time in a nice beachfront resort with fabulous staff

We stayed in the resort for 11 nights and had a fabulous time. In amongst that we had organised a beach wedding. Air the event manager bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us.
The only day it stormed in the morning only to clear up for a few hours then rain again. Loved it.

This is the third time we have stayed at this resort and both my husband and myself absolutely love it. It is located in the midst of bustling and busy Chaweng but once you enter the resort it is tranquillity. You are surrounded by nature with beautiful trees, tropical plants and winding walkways.
As always the gardens are immaculate and maintained to a very high standard. This time we stayed in a ground floor premier room, the room was a lovely size, and the standard of cleanliness was brilliant.
The staff were wonderful always very friendly, polite, and helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to 'Wee' who always appeared to go above and beyond and especially 'Tao' who was so kind and obviously has a wonderful caring nature.
I can only find one fault and that was nothing to do with the hotel or staff, this was a large family of guests, they were very rude, noisy and showed little respect for other guests or staff. The staff attempted to manage this difficult situation as best they could and were always respectful and polite but should not have to deal with this sort of behaviour. I think these guests need to be reminded we are guests in your country and should show respect and learn how behave appropriately.
This has not put us of visiting again and we are already talking about our next visit to you wonderful resort.
