Our stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun was memorable, with many positives that made the trip enjoyable. The nightly entertainment was a highlight, offering vibrant performances that the whole family could enjoy. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options to suit every palate. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with special mentions to Israel, a waiter who was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and Gustavo from the entertainment team, who was always engaging, fun, and made activities so much more enjoyable.
That said, there were a few drawbacks. We noticed dishes were often left in the hallways for hours, which detracted from the otherwise well-kept appearance of the resort. Additionally, there is only one elegant restaurant on-site, and it wasn’t always open, which was a bit disappointing.
This resort is incredibly kid-friendly, making it an excellent choice for families. However, if you’re seeking a quiet, adults-only getaway, this may not be the best option. Overall, Dreams Cancun Riviera is a wonderful choice for families looking for a fun, relaxing vacation!

The hospitality in this place was AMAZING. I was solo traveling for a wedding and I was SO well taken care of. Johan, who came to offer door side drinks was actually one of the best in the biz.
