This resort is absolutely horrible. Upon reaching our room the fridge was stocked but not working, nor even plugged in. Took our issue to the front desk hoping to have fridge replaced. This resort is absolutely horrible. Upon reaching our room the fridge was stocked but not working, nor even plugged in. Took our issue to the front desk hoping to have fridge replaced. They kept telling us it would be handled(7 trips to desk). End of day 2 we forced them to change our room because I had medication that I had to keep cold. Their fix was "well we can keep it here at the desk for you".... like wtf? Who the hell wants to keep running to the front desk every time they need to take meds. Anyhow, off to new room we go on evening of night 2. Fridge works.... Go to get into jetted tub and there is no stopper to the tub. Took 2 days and several more trips to front desk to get a simple stopper for the tub. You can imagine the frustration. The app for the resort that is used to book restaurants doesn't work properly so had to eat disgusting buffet food all we besides 1 night that we got it to work for the Brasilian restaurant, it was great and the restaurant was basically empty, probably because their app doesn't work for reservations. The grounds are pretty and the wildlife is cool bit other than that this place isn't worth your $$$$. And I don't like to complain but please people save your money and book elsewhere!!!! Read less

Lack of basic necessities such as pillows, blankets, and towels of various sizes. We didn’t need a lot, and we didn’t get much.

This place is not a luxury resort- the rooms are small, dark, and smell bad. The staff is not friendly or particularly helpful. The food is adequate but not exceptional. I was stuck here for a week, since my group had booked this resort specifically, but I would not visit them again. The beach is pretty, but crowded. That was the best thing I… Read more

Went there with a large wedding and could not say enough about how poor the service was. The hierarchy set up between the 3 sister hotels was a joke. Rooms smelt of mold, shower would not work, etc. Lines at front desk were short in size but took hours to get served. Food often took over an hour to be served at dinner. During a family dinner,… Read more

During a family dinner, they forgot the bride and grooms food. The service felt as if they could not care less if people returned, and so we won’t. Read less
