On arrival, we were greeted by lovely staff and had a smooth check in experience. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. However, this is not the place to stay if you want an authentic Jamaican experience. Although there were a lot of restaurants, we found the food to be overall bland and basic. Breakfast was okay, it was nice to have chefs to prepare eggs however you want. However, lunch and dinner were consistently lacking in flavour. In fact, the best Jamaican food we had was at the airport with Club Mobay, which we highly recommend. Having paid a substantial amount to stay at the resort, we had expected there to be more entertainment and generally things to do other than laying by the pool or on the beach. I would say the best part of the experience was probably how lovely most of the staff were, especially housekeeping. If you're a foodie, please consider elsewhere.
