Hawks Cay King Rooms have a balcony with views of Duck Key and the resort and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Hawks Cay Queen Rooms have a balcony and 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview Rooms have a private balcony with full or partial views of the Atlantic Ocean, private lagoon, pool or the Island Waterway with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

The restaurant has Caribbean feel to it, with decorations of different fish sculptures for sale, the deck with its view and music is impeccable, the tuna nacho, macadamia crusted snapper, the cocktails and local draft beer flights are awesome, server Ralph very knowledgeable with great recommendations, good job to Angler and ale team.

Pros: Location: Hawks Cay Resort is situated in a prime location on Duck Key, offering stunning views and easy access to the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. Often they were willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Pet Friendly: It's a big plus that Hawks Cay Resort is pet-friendly. Cons: Uncomfortable Rooms: The rooms are uncomfortable. Issues like old mattresses and outdated furniture detract from the overall comfort of the stay. Costly Amenities: While the resort offers a range of amenities, they can be quite costly. We felt that the prices for activities, food, and drinks are higher than expected. Aging Property: Hawks Cay Resort is beginning to show its age in some areas. Certain parts of the property could benefit from renovations and updates to maintain a more modern and fresh appearance. Maggie ,the hotel manager was the most professional amazing person ever she took care of all my Family ,the hotel was amazingly perfect.definitely will be back. The resort is in a charming location in the keys and our villa was comfortable, but much of the resort is under construction right now. The tiki beach area was closed due to construction and there was heavy equipment running all day by the pool. The tiki beach area was closed due to construction and there was heavy equipment running all day by the pool. It was definitely not relaxing and I did not enjoy paying a resort fee when most of the covered amenities were unavailable. Also we found the wi-fi unreliable. Service was inconsistent. One tennis pro let us use pickleball paddles for free, but later another one came by and yelled at us for it. I had booked a villa using Hotels.com because I had some points to use. Do not make the same mistake I did. While I was charged for a villa, the information they sent to the resort indicated I booked a single room. The resort charged me for a villa, and Hotels.com was not the least bit helpful. Our experience would have been a lot better had I booked direct. Read less

The Tiki Grill by the Hotel Pool is a must eat. Tanaka, our server, was an absolute beauty. He recommended the brisket sandwich and the mahi sandwich. Both were unreal. We’ve been coming here for years and Tanaka is by far the best server we’ve had.
