Great location. Easy access to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site but did not include free breakfast. Beautiful upscale hotel definitely worth the price. Close to cruise port. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel room was spacious and cleaned. Friendly staff. Parking is across the street in a garage shared with the retail shops for $16/day. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am, option for late checkout at 12pm just need to need front desk know. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel's wifi was sub-standard (packet loss, a captive portal that needed to be reconnected to many times). If it weren't for the wifi, I'd rate this hotel excellent. Decent location. So many hotels…

So many hotels are charing exorbitant fees these days, this one has a city parking garage for $16/night.

Underwhelming

Convenient downtown location near shopping, pier, restaurants, and freeway. However, definitely not 4 star hotel. More like 2.5 in terms of amenities and service. In addition, atmosphere and decor are very dark. No onsite parking. Parking at nearby Pike Shopping garage. No in and out privileges.

We took my parents for a small staycation for their anniversary, I am very familiar with this area so decided to stay here which is a great option there are tons of food places/ bars, movie's, shops plus activities in walking distance. Parking is decent. The hotel is great and has great customer service. The rooms are nice I would recommend spending a little more to get the deluxe if you like more space. The rooftop pool view is beautiful the only downside is no jacuzzi. Overall it was a great stay the 2 times I’ve visited.
