The hotel

The All Inclusive Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall offers a huge range of room options, all with gorgeous views of the surrounding tropical gardens or the ocean. You can even choose a room with direct pool access or upgrade to Club Level for special privileges. Located on the historically famous plantation estate, Rose Hall, approximately 15 minutes outside of Montego Bay. Overlooking a pristine white beach with a backdrop of the lush, tropical Blue Mountain ridge and two world class championship golf courses. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

I expected more from the Hyatt brand. They had Glennfiddich at the bar, which was a pro! Ocean View is not actually ocean view, it's partial view. Great choice of alcohol. Ppl working on the resort need to cheer up, feel like ppl were borderline grumpy.

Indian chef Israel Khan was the high point of the stay. He is an excellent cook and took exception care of us. Overall experience was pleasant. The entertainment at the resort could have been better and the hospitality of the staff definitely can be better.

What a beautiful resort with an amazing staff. The food was very good. We enjoyed dinner at the Fusion and breakfast at the Grindz on several occasions. The Buffet called Choicez had great selections. The service was warm and friendly. The pools were sparkling and inviting. We will definitely be back.

Traveling with a special needs young adult can be challenging, but Brandi, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to address my son’s breathing and mobility issues. Her exceptional customer care is the best I have experienced in a long time.
