The hotel

Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

Azar is such a down to earth cool GM he really spends time to take care to listen to guests and makes you feel so special - for how important he is he is so humble which is such a rare gift !! X This is such a wonderful place that we have returned 17 times, we were told by reception on our arrival and on our 17th time we were blown away just as much as on our first time!! This place just gets better and better. But it's not the place, it's the people, the wonderful Gorgeous kind generous, loving superhuman beings that make up the team . We would like to personally thank Yusuf and Isaac for creating a seamless experience tailored to perfection to create yet again our dream holiday. Whilst at the resort, the security team led by Mr Kulwinder Singh and Mark on the front door, and Pardeep, you immediately feel at ease and stress free because you know that you are in a completely safe and secure environment. We missed Ashwin on this occasion at breakfast but nevertheless Emad and Esther really made us feel like we won the world cup every morning we felt so blessed to be greeted by them and treated so nicely - and the food was exemplary yet again by chef Hassan as always. We missed his partner in crime chef Robin this time but Hassan was looking after everyone like gold dust. Christina was a joy to behold as always this lady is so classy and elegant and took great care to delight us in the Al Mandhar restaurant in the evenings and we were so happy to see her, she puts such a personal touch when she talks to you she makes u feel like family ❤️❤️ The concierge team led by Andrija was as always on hand to professionally resolve any needs we had instantly. All in all a truly out of this world holiday which we cannot wait to repeat again and again. wWe are loyal customers to the Jumeirah Al Naseem and we will please God never go anywhere else !!!
