From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The gala dinner was a standout – the oyster bar and fresh prawns were an absolute highlight. The atmosphere was festive and luxurious, setting the tone for the entire stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, with tall palm trees lining both the beach and the property. It's a truly picturesque location, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Speaking of relaxation, the hotel offers an abundance of spots to unwind. Whether by the beach or pool, there were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. The relax pool, in particular, is ideal for escaping the wind and enjoying some peaceful moments. We also had an unforgettable experience on the sunset catamaran cruise. The staff created such a fun and vibrant atmosphere, and the music made it even more enjoyable. I would rate it a 10/10! The garden room we initially booked had a view of the tennis court, which wasn’t ideal, but we opted to upgrade to a sea view room for an additional £230, and it was definitely worth it. The view was breathtaking and enhanced the overall experience. The hotel staff really went above and beyond. Everywhere we looked, the property was spotless. Daily pool cleanings, mopping the floors, and even power-washing the patios showed their commitment to excellence. The staff also made sure we were well taken care of, with requests handled quickly and graciously. They truly wanted us to relax and enjoy our time. A special touch was added to my husband’s birthday celebration. The hotel surprised us with a birthday song, a lovely table setting, and a delicious dessert. The attention to detail was touching. We were also taken care of by wonderful staff members like Surat, the sweet barman, and Ashil, our attentive waiter who crafted bespoke cocktails for us. The Coral restaurant offered an excellent dining experience, thanks to the outstanding service from Nessan Pemal and Jonathan. Their service made each meal feel extra special. At brunch, we were serenaded by a guitarist, which was a lovely touch and created a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We also want to mention the service from Ram, who made sure we were always well looked after. Overall, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly, polite, and caring. Their commitment to providing an exceptional experience was evident throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy great food, and experience excellent service, this is the perfect destination. Read less

The food a coral was also amazing - both were fantastic highlights. A special shout-out to Kheswar the hotel animator, who kept our family thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. Even though I'm not usually into sports, he encouraged me to play volleyball on the beach, which turned out to be so much fun! His efforts helped us interact with other guests and truly enhanced our overall experience. Kheswar’s friendly and engaging personality made him a key part of our memorable trip. Another special shout out goes to my favourite waiter, Julien. He has an infectious smile, a warm personality and is always ready for a friendly chat. He made us feel welcomed, whether he was serving us or simply passing by. His positive energy was a lovely touch to our dining experience. Read less

Staff greet you to take you to a table to eat. They all have their own guests to serve in sections of the hotel. Book early for other restaurants, boat trips from hotel that are free. Can't fault the hotel or staff. We had a lovely two weeks. We booked our trips via a lady who sits in the amphitheatre and we had the same taxi driver throughout. We did one speedboat trip with another company eastcape Mauritius. They also amazing. They have street dogs here that are around the beach area but they nervous so don't really bother you unless you want to interact. The hotel has a dog lounge & a guy who see they are fed & looked after where he can. The sea breeze bar can be busy & sometimes only one person working but they are very good. No putting out towels before a set time which is good. Taxi cars are outside the hotel so you don't need to wait for a taxi. Walk out the entrance of the hotel turn right you will walk out onto a public beach. Will be busy and noisy weekends Or the coral bar has an exit to the same area. Rooms are big & the beds are firm with big fluffy pillows. Quiet hotel after the nights entertainment. The best entertainment for us was the Mauritius dancers ,the guy who played the violin and the guys who wrote & sang their own songs. Read less

We celebrated my Mums milestone birthday here as a group of seven for ten nights. We were well looked after every day by staff but special thanks to the waiter Julien in the main restaurant who always worked attentively, with a pleasant smile. We liked the complimentary water sports and amenities on offer in the resort. Spa experience was good too. One of the highlights was the Padel tennis courts that we reserved a few times. And without a doubt the second highlight was the young man in the animation team, Kheswar, who almost single handedly kept the hotel alive, and brought the guests together. His positive attitude really was infectious and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Read less
