Always a seamless experience when I come to Mondrian. I love to just relax at the pool. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful to me especially Sandor he assisted me today and made great conversation. Definitely a pleasant experience.

Sandors made for a great birthday checkin! We arrived as two groups for my gfs 30th birthday. Sandors was so kind, helping us with our luggage and graciously offered us champagne. The room was gigantic and we had a great pool day to celebrate together at Baia Beach. Would def come back!

From the moment we arrived at the Mondrian south beach Fernando from the lobby provided outstanding service. He is incredibly organized and help me with out bags, making check in a breeze. His recommendation for family friendly attractions were perfect for our trip.

Sandor meet us at the lobby. Brought r things to our room.made sure we were comfortable. What a great energetic, polite person. the lobby was amazing such a sexy look check in was smooth. What an amazing view and the full moon was breathtaking . Here for an event Xmas party.

Sander is the absolute best!!! He always takes care of me and my wife, and it’s always a joy to run into him. Whenever I’m in Miami, I know who to work with. It’s always good to run into somebody with that good energy. If you’re ever in town look no further.
