Our NIYAMA experience wasn't just about the resort.. It started from the airport as soon as our plane landed we were guided to the lounge to await our plane. After a roughly 50min flight to the resort we were greeted by very friendly staff including what turned out to be the greatest butler of all time, Shanun.
The resort is extremely well-maintained, the staff are friendly and incredibly accommodating. Our butler Shanun took care of every tiny detail, making all our arrangements without having to be asked, and suggesting things for us to do and great places to take photos etc.
Our beach villa was great, we would have preferred the toilet to be inside the main area of the room but that's a small critique. Frankie and his team did a wonderful job with housekeeping and all the restaurant staff greet you with the warmest smiles whenever you sit down to eat at the many restaurants or bars.
Overall we had an absolutely wonderful experience and would like to thank all the staff at Niyama for a great experience and especially Shanun for making our trip truly unforgettable.

Niyama was the perfect getaway for our 10 day honeymoon. We stayed in an overwater villa. It was truly fabulous. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The island itself was kept immaculate. Loads of choice and options for food. The food was excellent. Shout out to Youkay for making our honeymoon so special!

Our stay at Niyama Private Island Resort was truly unforgettable. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect.
Property: The property is spectacular, with stunning beaches and breathtaking views. There are 5-6 different restaurants (and probably even more!) offering diverse dining experiences that are a treat for the senses.
Rooms: The rooms are massive, beautifully designed, and the open-concept bathrooms were a personal favorite. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, keeping both the rooms and our pool in pristine condition with diligent cleaning twice a day.
Kids Club: A major reason we chose Niyama was its incredible kids club. It features a massive play area with amenities tailored to kids of all ages. Sabrina and Rau took fantastic care of our baby, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to relax fully.
Overall: Niyama exceeded all our expectations. From the smooth check-in process to the seamless checkout, everything was a perfect 5/5. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to returning!
