Where is it

Located on a private island in Raa Atoll. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 45 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

Hotel information

167 beach and water villas. All with LED TV, WiFi, living and dining areas, mini-bar (replenished daily), safe, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Beach Villas are 61sqm and located just steps away from the beach, with a terrace, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Raaya Plan All Inclusive includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Access to speciality restaurants: Ampers&nd – Bar & Restaurant, Mizaj and The Village. Premium brands of spirits, wines, and beers. Cocktails and signature drinks. Mocktails, seasonal fresh fruit juices, soft drinks, RAAYA still and sparkling water, and a variety of tea and coffee. Champagne welcome drink on arrival. In-villa mini-bar stocked with wines, beers, soft beverages, and snacks. Beach Villas with Pool are 91sqm and are on the beachfront, with a private plunge pool and daybed on the terrace, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas are 73sqm and are located on a private deck with a daybed, overwater hammock and steps down into the lagoon. Villas have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Water Villas with Pool are 80sqm and have a private plunge pool on the deck, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

2 Bedroom Family Beach Villas are interconnecting villas offering plenty of living spaces, terrace with dining area, hammock, and daybeds, with 2 king-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

2 Bedroom Family Beach Villas with pool are also available. Spanning 232sqm, these interconnecting villas offer a spacious terrace with dining area, hammock, and daybeds, plus a 19sqm pool. With 2 king-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The facility and service here are excellent. The staff is very friedly. The wide beach with white and fine sand at this resort is superb! The food offered by all restaurants ist delicious. We are very satisfied and would strongly recommend it.

everything great, bigger island 1 km long and wide, all barefoot, helpful reception, nice staff from personal butler to 0i cleaners and gardeners, excellent food in all restaurants. a little smaller but clean and nice apartment. nice reef for snorkeling, lots of animals in the water and birds on the island. wonderful quiet and relaxing place.

We did have some initial issues with some of the food, which for me would have initially made my rating a 4 star, however, the way in which management responded to our feedback rendered this a 5 star experience. For me, it’s not just about your presentation, it’s about customer service, which this hotel has in bucket loads. All staff - house keeping, dining, bar staff, gardeners, masseurs, absolutely fantastic 👏🏾👏🏾👌🏾🥰. Special shout out has to go to Sureiya - head chef and Luban - restaurant manager as they received our comments in a very respectful way and responded immediately to rectify, for which we are forever grateful 🙏🏾 Would I go again? YES, in a heartbeat!! If you are looking for a totally chilled experience, where you have the option of activities, which are not forced on you, this is the place to go. Met Mehri at the sports centre and dhoni making centre. She’s a dedicated and cheerful staff who make our day more entertaining. She goes the extra mile to teach us how to color our boat and play snooker. She enjoyed her job and would like to leave her a very good review. Cheers and thumbs up!
