We had a lovely experience with the staff and hotel. The staff was so nice and was always willing to help were they can. We were lucky enough to have Jessica who was in charge of our housekeeping. It was delightful to walk out of our to to her warm greeting. Our room is always sparkling clean as soon as we come back. She was always willing to walk the extra mile for us to have the most relaxing stay. We surely hope that the next person staying here will also have Jessica in charge of their housekeeping, because she is just a ray of sunshine in the mornings. Thank you Radisson Blu and Jessica! Amazing staff

We recently stayed here at the end of a cruise. We had a great room with a Seaview, the bed and bedding with fabulous air-conditioned room, everything you needed. We were all inclusive I do feel the wine included within our package was dreadful. There were supposed to be some options if we wanted to pay a little extra, but they just didn’t have any so that was the only disappointing thing about our stay. The food was generally very good, we tried to book the Aqua restaurant when we got there and it was full until the Thursday night which was a bit disappointing however we did use the restaurant in the daytime . I have to say, the staff were amazing, such a young looking bunch generally, but they were just so welcoming, efficient, friendly and helpful. They put on a cocktail evening and the staff mingled with the guests talking to them which I thought was just lovely. They always had time for a chat, not at the expense of the quality of service. Such an amazing resort

I can only express how amazing this hotel is the , the views are breathtaking, the staff are fantastic and the facilities are second to none. I had read some reviews that made me worry about the food and the rooms but I had nothing to worry about at all. Everything has surpassed my expectations. One of the biggest reasons the experience has been amazing is the staff, all the staff bend over backwards to help you and make sure you have an amazing experience. I have never been to a hotel like it. I would like to call out two members of the team specifically: Two of the waiters were so friendly, nothing was a bother and really made us feel special every day: Drish and Nishta.. Also, Matthew, who was our room attendant, what a guy! He kept the room spotless and ensured we had everything we needed. I had read reviews that rooms were on the small side, but they were not the biggest rooms. We only came in to sleep, and they were very well-equipped that I don’t see the problem with the rooms at all. The food was amazing, we ate at the à la carte 2 times and the rest at the buffet and we were impressed every day. There is a small charge for some things that are not included in the all-inclusive; however, these are minimal charges. It’s been an amazing holiday for me and my husband. Being gay at times, you worry about going to other countries where it may not be as acceptable. However, we felt very welcome here. (Only one suggestion, change the honeymoon form as it says Mr and Mrs and we were Mr and Mr, didn’t bother us at all) We had 2 treatments at the Spa again staff were great and treatments were fantastic and great value for money. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will 100% be back. Thank you for an amazing time, can’t wait to be back. Read less

It was good. Overall as I described previously, it was good stay but food could’ve better and options for veg and Jain diet followers.
