Junior Suite rooms feature a lavishly decorated living room and separate bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah or the beautiful gardens surrounding the resort. 1 king-size bed. These suites sleep a maximum 4 people and include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown service (upon request), local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

One Bedroom Senior Suite rooms feature a spacious living room that is separate to the bedroom, with views of Palm Jumeirah. The living room features a business desk. 1 king-size bed and sofa sleeper in the living room. These suites sleep a maximum of 4 people and include early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), turndown amenities (upon request), personal holiday assistant, local and international English newspaper and Arabic newspaper (upon request), complimentary VIP amenities, complimentary use of non-motorised watersports (2 hours per room per stay) and complimentary tickets to the world’s largest waterpark.

Two-Bedroom Family Suites feature views of the Dubai skyline, a living area with lounger, armchairs and a dining table, bathrooms with tub and glassed-in shower, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. These suites sleep a maximum of 6 people.

Three-Bedroom Family Suites are also available, featuring a balcony with two sitting areas and sleeping maximum 8 people.

We stayed here again for 2nd time and was a Great service throughout and especially in the restaurants and by the beach. Our waiter in the buffet was Thawdar and she was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We also liked the rooms and size and cleanliness.

This is the best hotel on the planet. Within is the Toro Loco restaurant which serves the best steak ever. We were served by Diwan and Niraj, who made us feel like royalty with amazing service and food recommendations. We can't wait to come back again soon.

Nice dinner in Bodrum tonight. Great friendly service from the waiters especially Vamslu. The fish soup as a starter and the whole sea Bass was very tasty. The Malbec was decent. Definitely worth a visit if staying at the hotel. Nice setting with a Saxophonist playing

We have just had the most amazing 4 night stay at the rixos palm hotel. On check in as it was a late flight and the restaurants were closed we had complimentary room service which we didn’t expect, we upgraded to a family suite and were wowed at how big it was! The two fridges were fully shocked with soft drinks and snacks. The restaurant’s we ate in were incredible we had a great meal at the steak house toro loco, with amazing service from Raheem. We also ate at the seafood restaurant on the last night which was also great, being on the beach and having a nice view to the entertainment, service was again fabulous from Vishni, who made sure our drinks were topped up all evenings we also ate their at lunch time too which was the perfect spot for a quick snack. We had had cabana for our stay on the beach (b9) which we very much enjoyed, our lovely waiter made sure we had drinks throughout the day, and beer was brought out in ice buckets. We also met a kind life guard called confident who was very sweet. We used the fruit bar each day. The children’s facilities were perfect for our 3 year old son, the splash park, play equipment and Lego he enjoyed very much, this place really caters to families which made our stay really special. The entertainment we saw was top quality, the pianist in the lobby was a lovely touch and the band we saw on the beach we enjoyed. We have traveled extensively and this was the best service we have ever experienced by staff. Well done - from Managers to cleaners to waiters, the staff was just exceptional. Add to that the fully inclusive package and you have a 5 star winner.
