Serene and Quiet ..the staff couldn't do enough. Food / service / bar / Spa/ room / cleanliness..just excellent..The only downside booked the Maya Bay trip via hotel which was cancelled twice over the weather which we were fine with..however we were told all along that we would be getting a refund on departure only to be told 10 minutes before that they don't give refunds as such but we could spend it in the shop or restaurant..10 minutes before departure...ended up wasting money in the shop while feeling I was on a stopwatch .. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe my experience here. Just wow. The atmosphere is chill, while still offering the opportunity to party if that’s what you want. They have different activities everyday, 5 restaurants to choose from, 2 pools to lounge at, a huge expanse of beach to walk or lay, kayaks to rent, a spa to unwind at, diving classes, snorkeling gear, bicycles to get around with, you name it they have it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and welcoming. I really loved how much effort they put into sustainability and conservation. They have their own garden that they pull ingredients from for the kitchens, a marine discovery center that has tons of educational activities, beach trash clean up opportunities, and mangrove planting activities for the guests. You can tell that they truly love and care for their island. If you have any doubts about booking with SAii, let me put them to rest. Book the trip. You won’t regret it. Read less

I cannot fault anything. Even the check out process and transfer to the airport was seamless. I would definitely go back to this beautiful place and next time for longer. Read less

Private beach is nice never had a problem getting a sunbed no matter what time we came to the beds. Beds on the beach could do with being upgraded half of them are comfortable beds the other style are uncomfortable and not 5 star resort beds. Fantastic shower the toiletries provided smell amazing. I found the bed and the pillows to hard (I know personal preference) air conditioning not the best especially overnight it is quite loud and kept going warmer in the night. Food and drinks expensive. We ate and drank on the village behind reasonable prices for drinks food cheap and never had a bad meal. Our favourite was the Pad Thai restaurant followed by the view point restaurant over the bridge, don’t be put off with lack of people in there the food and service was amazing and talking to the owner about her being the first restaurant there 30 years ago was fascinating. Birdie the bar owner in buffalo bar is nice fella nice atmosphere and good for drinks, also camel rocks. Make sure you use mosquito spray We went bamboo island for 4hr trip organised by the village at the back great day there. Would I return to Saii possibly for a chill few nights however I didn’t research it enough as I thought it was easy to get to the rest of the island for drinks in the evening and it’s not as can only access via boat. I would expect for a 5 star resort shuttle boats would be available to get to the island Read less

Not the best but the other things i said make up for it. We found the little village behind the resort and wow the food and atmosphere was fab. Don’t be disheartened by the look of the village, go there in the evening. Drinks and food soo cheap and good. Borrow a bike and go for a ride around. You will love it.
