    We just returned from our second vacation at Sandals St. Vincent. Another fantastic, relaxing week. This time we brought friends and they loved it too! The resort is beautiful, quiet, the gardens and grounds and pools are stunning. We really enjoyed the beautiful beach, swimming, water sports, and snorkeling. Restaurants are great. our favorites are Scrimshaw (thank you Ms. Kim, Mr. Jamie), Parisol, however all are lovely. The most beautiful sunsets you will ever experience are here. Don’t miss the Island Routes Sunset Cruise to the Volcano. The crew was fantastic, we encountered a large dolphin pod and explored the black sand beaches. The best of all is the people of St. Vincent. everyone we encountered on resort and off property were incredible and happy to educate us about the island nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The management and entire staff at Sandals St. Vincent is amazing. We cannot wait for our return for a third vacation there, booked and see you all then! Read less

The rooms were amazing and so well appointed. We were so close to the restaurants, beach, pools and the lobby. Could not have been better. All the staff were amazing and the resort was spotless. Please don’t grow too big as you have it just right. We loved the Jamaican patties from the jerk shack. Staff at breakfast were great and we loved SourSop Sorbet from Blum. This is our favourite Sandals resort by far, although we lost my ‘Hard Rock Toronto’ t shirt which is no longer available and my wife’s top half of her swimsuit that mysteriously disappeared from our patio, whilst drying! Friends travel together and even couples need privacy at times. My stay was made greater because of the interaction with the staff members: The dive team namely Gilan, Keon, Vanessa, and Alex, deserve a pay increase for what they do. The restaurant and bar staff: They are great ambassadors of Sandals Plaza Bar: Vivian and Dondre Jerk Shack: Olandra Buccan: Jinelle - (This type of dining should be offered at other resorts) Chef: Jean Mark Jewel Rum Bar: Luke and Lindl aka Sandy Club Sandals: Claire Parasol: TJ, Romany Shantel (Shantel, she was everywhere) Entertainment: Oshane, Kysha and Shazar Housekeeping and room bar: Great personnel My regrets are that the food at Parisol is not to be desired. The menu and the taste are nonexistent. Please change the name of the item called doubles. It is not a good representation of "doubles", an excellent Trinidadian dish. If you wish to keep it change the name please, we Trinis are offended. Bar staff member Tryphaena needs training in customer service, respect, and decorum as a female in general. She is rude and has no regard for her loud and unmannerly behavior toward and in front of guests. Loyalty Desk: Darron does not care about guests. I visited and he never offered me a package or information about packages. I was amazed and asked why; he then replied: "You look like you already knew what the resort had to offer". I asked him to have the returning guest's bottle of rum sent to my room on two occasions and yet he never did. The entertainment needs to be greatly improved. We need some fresh offerings, better quality of music and activities. The presence of the Caribbean is missing in the entertainment. I felt like I was in Oklahoma and not St. Vincent. I was also hurt to my core and made even more sick to be charged 4 US dollars for one packet with 2 Cetamol painkillers. I felt truly robbed by Sandals when a 24-pack costs $7.69. I spent $16 US for 4 pills. SMH. I remain loyal to the brand, but things must change for me and I am sure many others guest to maintain our loyalty. These sentiments were echoed to me by several other guests at the resort during my stay. I was thanked by guests on two occasions at the Rum Bar for asking the DJ to change the music. When we say there are 5-star resorts and there are Sandals, the quality of the experience should match these words. Read less

    Most gorgeous Caribbean island. You spend a week with people that really care about you. Highly recommend this Paradise. Plus, the food was fabulous. The evening activities were always wonderful. You will be writing a TripAdvisor recommendation just like this someday.
