From arrival to departure, there was so much thought and care put into every last detail of our experience. Private excursions were already scheduled when we arrived, daily events to meet and socialize with other couples, delicious drinks of all kinds were readily available from incredibly friendly bartenders, and amazing food was found both at Serenity and at the main resort Coconut Bay across the way. 24 hour room service was also a huge lifesaver on a couple occasions!
Our butler Ethan was phenomenal. Checking in with us every day to make sure our room was stocked and cleaned, telling us more about what the resort had to offer, and just displaying a genuine interest in us having a great time.
The worst thing I can say about Serenity is that I'm worried it might have broken my expectations for future vacations!
