Definitely a beautiful place with beautiful staff Taneka, Jerome, Bianca, Lynette, and a special man who took care of us and gave exceptional service Lynford. This man went out of his way yo help us and was very knowledgeable (we will miss you Lynford). This place is private, beautiful, great food, and very relaxing and fun. The bartenders were a lot of fun also Britney was great and always gave great service. If I was to add anything to make this place more acceptional I would say light up all the pathways for us older people, and definitely the resort needs to be maintained a little more you can tell it's starting to fall apart. My suggestion would be adding flowers baskets around with beautiful arrangements here and there not grass, also use some tropical air diffusers in the lobby to add a nice ambiance. Things need to be painted and more comfortable areas to sit on there were not many places that had nice chairs or sitting areas but instead had old stained flat cushions. Also our air conditioner was dripping the whole trip and trying to get shampoo out of the dispensers was difficult, give out easier conditioner shampoo and bodywash containers that pump nice. Having said that the stuff we did have was very nice and great smelling product. Housekeeping did a great job as well but they definitely were not as nice and smiley as the rest of the staff. Just a few touches to make this resort more beautiful and maybe some unique entertainment instead of movie night. Also the bracelets need to be changed out as they tighten up and found them to be annoying. Overall beautiful place but could be better with some maintenence upgrades, entertainment, and some botanical touches with flowers.😊 Read less
