Every single member of the staff has been absolutely fantastic – warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Sufiyan, who made our evenings even more magical by preparing the most wonderful mocktails for us before dinner – such a thoughtful and memorable touch!
We have half-board and lounge access included in our stay, which has elevated the whole experience even further.

As long purveyors of the Taj Hotels, and as one of LONDON chambers first members when it opened in 2022, I can give this 7 day experience a 5 star rating. The whole team from Vikas in the Concierge and Sourabh , Bernard and George at breakfast who attended to my family's every need. We will definitely return here to enjoy this oasis in the desert. Sandra poolside always made sure my two young children were well hydrated with milkshakes and ice cream and the children felt loved and attended too.
A very special thank you to Vikas who arranged some activities for us including a visit to La Perle with seats we could only dream of. The evening was memorable in the minds of the Singh family, all down to the personal touch of Vikas who on his day off even made contact to help arrange this for us. A true concierge who enjoys the guests happiness.
The whole team felt like family, room cleanliness was Dubai standard with attentive times arranged around pool visits and dinner.
The food was fantastic and as vegetarians all our needs were catered for above and beyond. Varq leaves me with flavours I'm yearning back here in England. Palm kitchen gave us so much choice and plentiful food and service. As mentioned before, I have stayed many times in Dubai for Business and pleasure but since our visit we will only be staying here from now on.

Wow. Spent 3 nights at the Taj Exotica. It is nothing short of amazing. The staff are super attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the beach a very relaxed atmosphere. There is nothing I can say to fault the place. We couldn’t decide to extend our stay or not as we ended up having a few extra days in Dubai but decided to go back to the hustle and bustle of town. I’d suggest splitting your stay in two, part in town and part here, as you wouldn’t want to be away from the Taj to be in a mall :) or milling about the Al Seef area for example. Really, truly, a beautiful retreat.

The start of our Holiday was handled very poor, as we landed at 4.25am and was at the resort for 6am.
Because we booked Club room the check in states 9am (subject to availability) which totally understand but the check in desk lady kept saying its 3pm, and telling me the lounge opens at 10am even though again check in is at 9am (subject to availability) for the room can not be for the lounge access too, so how is that possible.
There is No Club Dedicated desk which was also mentioned on their website.
We were served with refresh drinks and Indian Mala round our neck to welcome us (nice touch).
Yet they were quick to take Tourism Tax fee instantly, which i normally pay end of the stay in other Hotels.
They gave NO complimentary breakfast as good gesture with my 2 kids looking at the host (they wanted us to pay holding the card machine), i always stay in Al Qasr Madinat on Club, and iv badly felt regretted coming here atleast at Al Qasr club, they give us complimentary breakfast even though they offer breakfast in their club lounge whilst room is not ready til 3pm.
We gave up and paid for the breakfast as we was getting little hungry at AED525 (£108.00) for 4people.
I’m writing above review whilst waiting for our club room whilst my wife is sleep on the swinging chair and both daughters on their ipads watching youtube.
But they gave me the room at 8.30am.
Overall on the Holiday review now after coming back home:
The club staff was exceptional and deeply missed by my children
