My third time at the Betsy this year. The vibe is amazing. Fritzner at the front desk remembered me and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The Betsy is a stand alone gem.. From check in to check out from the bar to the restaurant and the amazing art its all a wow.. see you soon

Charolette and her coffee skills were lovely and we had a perfect, relaxing start to our day! We are so happy we happened to stop in and wish we would have booked a room here. We will be back! But definitely stop in for a coffee and relax in the lobby.

An amazing positive place with art, music and positivity. Everything is top quality from the decor to the food. Cannot recommend this enough. Everyone thet works here seems happy and it comes through in the service. Real boutique hotel which isn’t as noisy as the rest of the street. Must stay.

We have been coming here every day since we arrived in Miami and it is the best food in the area.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner options are amazing and it is worth the money.
Carlos was well spoken, very polite attentive and we loved what he recommended, the New York stripe.
Very good customer service.
