The kids club…. Is great, accessible from the pool and within the hotel, the staff are amazing and my kids used to ask to go (always a good sign) Bug shout out to Mario from 2022, he went above and beyond and made such an effort with my kids. We were sad to see he was mo longer there when we returned this year. Pool area, we personally really loved the separate pools beside the cabanas. Ideal for keeping the kids near by and within view. All have a shallow level before stepping down to a deeper swimming depth. valet parking guys are super friendly, have our car ready when we ask, and were great with the kids! We left a wallet and sunglasses in a taxi once… it beat us back to the hotel…when we came to report it lost it was already there. Amazing experience and the best staff! Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. They made our stay such a joy. The room was very nice and very clean. Amenities were perfect. And the view, wow. Just wow! We can't wait to come back again soon!

We visited W palm Jumeirah in the month of June..ofcourse it was one of the luxury hotel (one of the most expensive) but its worth in terms of stay like spacious rooms with all world amenities available like revolving cupboard which can be opened 2 sides, big bath tub, big beach side balcony with 2 rest chairs..what ese one need to make vacation… Read more

Moses, the door captain, provided excellent service. He was courteous, friendly, and makes you feel welcomed. He gave excellent advise for sights and navigating Dubai. Moses is a great choice for the first person you encounter at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in W dubai the palm. Specially frankline doorambassadrss was really friendly!! Always with a big smile and very kind. Food was amazing, pool temperature was very nice, we felt really really welcomed here. 10/10!
