Check in was great. No upgrades for Titanium even though the app was showing several options open. When you spend 80 plus nights on the road an upgrade is great. The Beach service here was immaculate, I was taken care of with everything! Towels, hydration, and check up on you name it! Big shout out to Arnold, Chris and Mikalah! I would rate it 20 stars if I could! We got a daybed/ cabana and it was SUPER worth it!

Very nice time started at the beginning we checked in and were upgraded to an amazing room with a nice soak tub. all the staff were very accommodating when we went to the beach Mykalya and Chris took care of us. Overall very nice time definitely

Great service ! Makayla and Arnold were super helpful! The beach access and chair rentals were super easy. We had a choice of where we wanted to be seated. Staff checked in with us to see if we needed any extra towels or water. Super friendly and great views !

Amazing staff amazing experience! Very accommodating and always have big smiles on their face. Would recommend! They offered us water and set up our towels. Michaela and Tyreek need us and they were incredible. I would definitely come back.
