But the resort’s major highlight is the spectacular coral reef just 20 yards from the shore – perfect for both experienced and novice divers alike. Many of the room types have kitchenettes or even fully equipped kitchens so you can cook up a storm for the family. But if you fancy a bit less work, Dune offers beachfront dining with fresh dishes cooked to perfection. 77 beautifully appointed rooms, all with air-conditioning, safe, 32” LCD TV, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, tea/coffee-making facilities, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, robes and slippers. Studio Suites are 300 sq ft and feature a dining/seating area, kitchenette and resort views, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

One Bedroom Bungalows are 700 sq ft in size and surround the courtyard pool and hot tub, offering privacy. These rooms are open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, small balcony with resort views, and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Junior Suites are 650 sq ft in size and located on the second floor, featuring a fully equipped galley kitchen, washer/dryer, living/dining area with sleeper sofa, balcony offering resort views, and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Suites are 654 sq ft in size, featuring an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

One Bedroom Lanai Bungalows are 922 sq ft in size, featuring a patio with BBQ grill, dining level fire pit, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, separate bath and shower, and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

One Bedroom Oceanfront Suites are 1600 sq ft in size, offering views of Grace Bay from the private terrace. These suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining bar, living room with sleeper sofa, powder room, washer/dryer, and master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Two Bedroom Lanai Bungalows are 922 sq ft in size, featuring a patio with BBQ grill, dining level fire pit, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, separate bath and shower, master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, and second bedroom with either twin beds or a twin over a bunk bed, sleeping maximum 6 people.

These suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining bar, living room with sleeper sofa, powder room, washer/dryer, master bedroom with king-size bed, and second bedroom with twin beds, sleeping maximum 6 people. 

Two Bedroom Deluxe Oceanfront Suites are 1968 sq ft in size, and offer the same amenities as a Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suite, with the addition of an extra kitchenette for the second bedroom.

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse Suites are 3900 sq ft in size, offering unparalleled views from the rooftop terrace, which has an outdoor kitchen/dining area, BBQ grill, lounge seating, and jacuzzi. The suite features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room opening onto an oceanfront terrace, master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, two bathrooms, a second kitchenette, and second bedroom with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Terrific resort experience. The facility is not too big but has all the amenities. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The beach has plenty of seating and is right on the water. There is a small reef just offshore though most of it is blocked off to protect it. You can still see plenty of fish around the edges of the reef.

Tried Windsong because I remember its great house snorkeling reef from a long ago trip to Beaches next door. I think maybe this may be a condo community with hotel amenities, as I’ve also seen it on AirB&B. We were warned about some construction but it was fine, not noisy at all. Room (2 BR 2Ba ocean front suite) was outstanding, large and comfy with full kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, and balcony. It’s a quiet place, even thanksgiving week didn’t feel crowded at all. Staff was attentive and available. Pool scene was pretty quiet, no shortage of loungers, people were friendly but it was hard to get a real feel for who all was traveling. A few disappointments—the reef is in bad shape since we were there before (although it’s now roped off to preserve it) but we were in TCI to dive so we only tried snorkeling once. The bigger disappointment was the inconsistent food. It rained a few days and the others we were wiped out from diving so we ate on site all week. Breakfast was pretty meager unless you ordered more (paid) dishes, lunch at the bar/pool was good albeit no variation thru the week. Dinners were mostly themed, some nights were good (Caribbean night), others were just so-so (pasta night, sushi night). Grouper was always overcooked but conch was excellent. Thanksgiving buffet was fine but lobster was overcooked. The DJ was awful, really detracted from the Thanksgiving meal! Drinks were very good. All dining is outside—when it rains they waive room service fees to eat in your room. Typical (non themed) menu was ok, chicken roll up was good, steak was overcooked. We would stay there again for the quality and size of the room and laid back vibe but would eat out/take out more (esp for dinners). Read less

Very clean rooms and quiet place, nice and professional staff, beautiful beach and water with coral reef 50 feet from beach ,snorkeling and kayaking without travel to marinas, fantastic place to stay with family, recommend for relaxing ,

Nice location but service is poor. In a place like TCI, every property has good location, the real differentiator is service and this property is really bad at it. They’re interested to sell paid services and not interested to provide services that hotel claims to include complimentary as part of rooms package. We were here 4 nights and the beach staff was full of excuses every day on why they can’t take us for a boat ride. They couldn’t find a single occasion in 4 days where they had enough people to man a Hobie Cat. They just don’t want to work. Read less

Overall nice property. The shower was supposed to be luxurious but in reality, it was a terrible experience. It was a large open bathtub with a showerhead from the ceiling. The entire bathroom floor got soaked with every shower. The view was lovely from our room though.
