If you cannot even deliver a working WIFI signal to a room you don't deserve to be part of the conversation.
I stayed five nights. It was based around a busy schedule and in the end I needed to cancel meetings because of the WIFI. It kept dropping, and even when connected it sat on a single bar. My stay at this hotel cost me far more than the nightly accommodation.
Complaining didn't help. 4 times I went to reception over the first three days. I don't think they paid any attention. 'We will send someone' they said. Nothing happened. Nobody contacted me. Nothing changed. In the end I just gave up. If the meeting was private - I cancelled. If it was more open - I went to a local cafe.
Not having a working WIFI signal in 2025 is inexcusable - not doing anything when guests complain makes it impossible to stay there or trust them. It isn't just a technical issue - it is an attitude problem.
Completely destroyed a business trip. Unforgivable.

לא היה מזגן בחדר, לא הסכימו לספק מים מינרלים בתשלום, והאוכל בחדר היה בלתי אכיל!!!
חוויה פשוט מזעזעת.
לא ממליצה לאף אחד להגיע למלון הזה.
פשוט בושה וחרפה!!!!! במקום שיהיה סופ״ש נחמד וכיפי היה פשוט סבל. עזבנו את המלון ב 11 בבוקר בשבת במקום להשאר כמתוכנן עד צאת השבת.
אכזבה קשה ביותר!!!!

מלון ממוקם בצפון תל אביב ליד הילטון (מעבר לכביש).
המלון משופץ, החדרים לא גדולים, מספקים לשהייה קצרה. החדרים מצויידים בכל הנדרש לשהייה קצרה.
אכלנו ארוחת ערב ובוקר, היה מגוון סביר וטעים, שירות אדיב וחברותי של הצוות.
המיטה נוחה, המקלחת והשירותים נקיים וכל מערכת המים וחשמל פעלו כנדרש.

В паре минут от моря, самые лучшие шикарные пляжи, кафе, парки для прогулок. Вечерами гуляли на Дизенгофф, ходили на дискотеку в ночной клуб ,все в шаговой доступности... Это был прекрасный отдых. За вполне приемлемую цену мы получили незабываемый отдых с комфортом, чистотой и уютом. Спасибо персоналу отеля. Мы обязательно еще вернемся !
