Fully satisfied, services are top notch. Highly recommend. The resort's pool area was a highlight, with plenty of lounge chairs and a swim-up bar. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but after staying here for two weeks, I left feeling disappointed. Upon check-in, I arrived at my room to find a broken iron that was leaking water and soaking the carpet. Additionally, there was no luggage rack for my suitcase. Instead, you’re required to place it inside the wardrobe, which prevents the doors from closing properly, leaving the lights on. This created a significant issue when trying to sleep at night. I mentioned this to the front desk, but they told me the hotel doesn’t provide luggage racks, which I found strange, especially considering a recent review mentioned receiving one on request. Due to some health issues, bending down to access my suitcase was difficult, so I ended up placing it on the TV cabinet. While this worked for me, it would be a challenge for two people sharing a room, so keep that in mind when booking this hotel. The hotel is divided into two buildings: one is the main hotel, and the other is a residential block with larger, more spacious apartments. I asked to see one of these apartments since my family is planning a trip in June and I wanted to see if they could accommodate four people. Unfortunately, I was quickly brushed off by the reception staff, who directed me to find a random lift and go next door with my inquiry. Once there, I was told to wait, but after 20 minutes of being ignored, I left feeling quite frustrated. Ironically, I walked to the Grand Hyatt hotel which is about 20-minute walk away and inquired there. They were happy to show me their apartments and will look to book with them in the future. Additionally, there’s ongoing construction near the pool area, with a crane operating throughout the day, so be aware if you’re hoping for a peaceful atmosphere. I noticed that the majority of the guests, as well as most of the staff, seemed to be from India. While I’m Asian myself, I couldn’t help but feel that the service I received, particularly from the reception staff, was somewhat indifferent compared to that offered to other guests. This isn't a particularly nice feeling, especially when travelling solo. There were some positive aspects to my stay. The pool and housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive, and the lobby had a spacious, peaceful vibe. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city with local shops, Wafi mall, and other amenities nearby. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel, so unfortunately, it’s a no from me. Read less
