The room was great very comfortable and well equipped, staff were great very helpful and friendly, we had to book extra nights as our flight back to UK was cancelled and reception were great in rebooking our same room 2 nights in a row which took the stress off having to move rooms and I would also like to say thanks to the house keeping staff who did an amazing job in cleaning our room 503! If there was any downside to the hotel it was noisy outside but it is in newyork so to be expected and the bar was a bit hit and miss,open and closed very strange hours .

Jose and Jay on reception deserve a special mention from us, Jay was brilliant and printed out a map to help us find our way to the Summit One attraction, and Jose was equally brilliant helping us with our luggage storage etc on our departure day and both were so, so friendly !!
Definitely a 5* experience for us and would recommend this Hotel to anyone thinking of New York !!
