We loved staying at this hotel. It’s in the heart of New Orleans. The staff was so friendly and helpful. All requests were met and we will definitely stay again. Parking is secure and we had no worries the whole time. Felt completely safe. Room was cleaned daily as well.
Wouldn’t stay elsewhere in the French Quarter!

From the sweet girl in PJ’s pastry shop and the friendly servers in Desire to the most helpful front desk staff, we were amazed again and again. When we had a question on our bill, Emika reassured us it would be taken care of, and it was. The location was within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and French Quarter sites. We are not Bourbon Street fans, so we preferred to use a side door to the property and avoid it altogether. We had a wonderful interior balcony room with a view of the courtyard and pool area and no noise whatsoever from Bourbon Street. The pool was very warm like a spa which allowed guests to enjoy it on 70 degree days. Overall the staff and property are absolutely wonderful, and we’re recommending all our friends and family stay here!

There were a few issues with my room, but the front desk was on it and made sure the issues were solved we were happy. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. The resturant staff, the front desk, and valet really helped make this a great trip. Warning, this hotel is really in the heart of the French Quarter. You will see alot!
