The resort boasts 36 suites and villas, each offering stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Grand Anse Beach. These luxurious accommodations come with a balcony or patio, air-conditioning, smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, WiFi, coffee or Nespresso™ machine, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, and a delightful selection of freshly baked treats from Mount Cinnamon’s kitchen upon arrival. The Cinnamon Suites, spanning 500 sq ft, feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with picturesque bay views extending to the capital, St. George’s. Each suite includes a comfortable sitting area and a private patio or balcony. Furnished with 1 king-size bed, these suites accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.

All Inclusive option: breakfast, lunch, dinner and all beverages by the glass excluding premium wine and champagne, beverages available throughout the day and evening.

Half Board option: breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch. Beverages not included.

Hacienda Suites are 1,098-1,120 sq ft, are in tropical gardens near the clubhouse, dining, and pools, and have a bedroom, large terrace or balcony with pool and sea views, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dressing areas, second guest bathroom, DVD player, and BOSE® sound system. Each has 1 four poster king-size bed, and a double sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Villas are 1,164-1,750 sq ft, are located on the hillside, and have 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, and a large terrace or balcony with pool and sea views, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dressing areas, second guest bathroom, DVD player, and BOSE® sound system. Each has 1 four poster king-size bed, and a double sofa bed. One bedroom villas sleep maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Two bedroom villas sleep maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Three bedroom villas sleep maximum 8 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.

Garden Suites are 1,263 sq ft, adjoins the clubhouse, and has a private garden with plunge pool, 2 bedrooms, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dressing areas, second guest bathroom, DVD player, and BOSE® sound system. It has 2 four poster king-size beds, and a double sofa bed, sleeping maximum 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

Cinnamon Heights Villa is 6,000 sq ft, and has stunning Caribbean views from every room, stretching to St. George’s, and has a private infinity pool, private tropical gardens, outdoor Jacuzzi tub, 3 en-suite bedrooms (including master with sitting room and sofa bed), fully fitted kitchen and laundry, dining room, powder rooms in the reception areas, DVD player, BOSE® home entertainment system, and iPod docks, sleeping maximum 8 adults or 4 adults and 4 children.

Nice property, poor service

We picked this resort based on the 5 star rating. Unfortunately the experience did not live up to the rating. It’s hard to understand how this hotel was rated so high and the number of reviews that have specifically highlighted the service. I’ll start with the good - quality of food and drinks were great. The beach is very nice and the property itself is lovely. All in all, the hotel has a lot of potential. However, the service was horrible. We stayed 6 days and every day was a new disappointment. It is astonishing to me that this place is rated 5 stars on TripAdvisor. The hill was not a problem. The views were incredible. The beach is amazing. Shakkira was amazing with our son during kids activities. Managers were good. Everyone else was sooooo bad, the worst were the staff at the beach cabana/Savvy’s - I felt like they literally hated serving us during our week stay. I am a polite person and they tried their hardest to refuse me food/close the kitchen early at every opportunity. Menu says kitchen is open until 5, but at 4? Sorry, kitchen is closed. They were hateful and seemed to resent having to serve us. Breakfast buffet was less than 1/3 full at all times, out of everything. Wait staff at dinner was brutally slow - no, I’m not just a hasty American unfamiliar with island time, as the locals dining next to us were vocally complaining. I witnessed multiple people get up from their table to try to obtain drink or pay their bill. We stopped going there and drove offsite. No towels at the beach or pool. No washcloths for the room. No water. Basic needs were unmet. Over 45 minute wait at check in to get to our room (we arrived at 4pm). Wine opener in our room broke, walked down the hill to the front desk, they told me go to the bar. Bar told me go to the front desk. They sent me back to my room with a separate broken wine opener. At breakfast, I asked for coffee and the table beside me handed me their carafe and joked I’d probably be waiting a long time and to have theirs. The view and the beach warrant 3 stars, everything else was an utter failure. I will not be returning, and I truly cannot fathom how this place is rated 5.0 on TripAdvisor. I am not pretentious, but I am well traveled, and this was a 3 star resort with abysmal service. They have at most half as many staff as they need in dining areas, woefully understaffed, and the cabana staff are dreadful. My wife and I could only laugh about all the inadequacies of this place . Best boutique hotel in the Caribbean

We travelled with our 18-month old toddler and were honestly a bit hesitant to stay in a hotel as we've only stayed in AirBnBs. Mount Cinnamon completely exceeded our expectations and - from the moment we arrived - we felt like we were being welcomed into someone's home. The team was friendly and took every step to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay and the room (we stayed in Hacienda 2b) was enormous and perfect for a small family. The pool and bar area were redone this summer and are simply stunning and, even though we travelled just before Christmas, it never felt busy. The only feedback I'd share is that - while the food at both restaurants was delicious - services is slow (it took over an hour to get lunch at the beach bar) and overly casual (my husband ordered a veggie roti and found out that it was full of bacon after the first bite - a situation that could have been handled better). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we will no doubt be back soon! Read less
