The hotel

Prime location for business travellers, in the heart of what we’d describe as Mumbai’s version of Canary Wharf, the Sofitel is a luxury hotel with excellent facilities that shows off a mix of French and Indian culture in the design. I had a great session at the Sofitel Fitness Center with Ravi, who took me through an awesome bodyweight circuit. He was super motivating, made sure my form was on point, and tailored everything to my level. I left feeling strong and energized—highly recommend him!

Lovely stay at really nice hotel with helpful Friendly staff especially Kartik who was especially helpful when we ate in the tandoori restaurant. Really nice rooms and has everything you need to make your stay the best. Nice pool Area to chill around at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

Very pleasant and customizable experience. We loved the fact that Mr Upadhya actively showed us and guided us through the main sights. Also, we appreciated that we could modify it according to our preference. The car was very comfortable and there were beverages available.

It was a perfect family+business stay. Akansha in the front office/lobby was extremely helpful with everything, she went above and beyond with our needs. Employees like her made the hotel stay so enjoyable. Hotel is just a block away from US Embassy, very clean, good food.

Warm and attentive welcome. Nice and clean room. All of the staff here at Sofitel take such great care of the guests. Thank you again for the little attentions on our arrival. Ritesh, Sahita and Rishikesh made us very welcome for a delicious and hearty breakfast in a quiet area.
