Your room will be cleansed more than 1 time a day. All amenities are in your room. But very special is all staff working at the hotel. They are very professional, kind, service minded and will help you with anything. Like we had post cards and they bring them to the post office and buy stamps for you. This is just one example of the great service. I recommend anyone who wants to stay in Seminyak to use this hotels I will be back and that time also with my daughter and her boyfriend. Only one small thing is that they do not have a club lounge facility. As a world of Hyatt member this is always very convenient. Thank you Alila hotel for everything and I will definitely be back!!!

Great hotel, one of my best sleeps ever on the bed and pillows. Super service and staff. The hotel was clean and so quiet. Just what you need even though potato head is just next door! This is one of the best hotels in the Seminyak area for a modern hotel.

Obviously other locations in Bali carry their own environments and character, but Alila in Seminyak is a gem unto itself.
