We were planning to dine at the Frances Mallmann restaurant as we are huge fans from Uraguay. We always stay at the Four Seasons Surfside. Booked 2 nights here and terrible decision. Check in is long and painful. Lots of back and forth as they stick you in a room away from the front desk so the person goes back and fort to the front desk. What a waste of time. Booked via Amex platinum. Upgrade was denied. After a lot of back and forth they offered a partial ocean view room. ( then charged my amex $990 which is being disputed) The room itself was nicely decorated but very dark. No sunlight whatsoever. Very depressing. We named it the "suicide room" windows are absolutely filthy. Bathroom was also a huge letdown.
They add 20% service fee to all drink and dining purchases. Even Four Seasons doesn't do that. It's a very new money place. Parking more expensive than the Four Seasons. Just stay at the Four Seasons. Night and day experience. Do not recommend and will never stay again.

I went to the theater to watch Carmen last weekend on Friday.
I loved the experience. Ir you are in Miami I recommend it 100%
Everything is really good.
The lights are magical and amazing.
And the performances too.

Luis the doorman was the absolute best! I cant thank him and his team enough for the kind hospitality. He kindly took our bags at the door while we got some drinks at the Living Room and it made our experience above and beyond. Will be coming back again soon!

I’ve stayed in a hotel or two in Miami and there isn’t an experience like being at the Faena. On top of every detail being perfect, the staff is genuinely welcoming and helpful. Great atmosphere all around. One bellman Luis helped on checkout - went the extra mile with a smile.

Amazing experience, best show ever. The dancers are very professional, The Main Singer have a beautiful voice. Everyone is so talented. The theatre is so elegant. Delicious food great service. . Sexy show. Thanks faena for showing Art to the world. I will be back soon. I have to watch it again.
