We had a lovely lunch with our family & friends in Lucianos. The food and the service are both really great. The manager Mohamed is really helpful and accommodates all our food requests. We really had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing rooms, very luxurious and cleaned to perfection, they provided fresh and clean bedding everyday, great job by Henry and Auroma. The club lounge is 100% worth the upgrade the staff work endlessly providing a outstanding service. The pool staff are also extremely helpful providing you with sunscreen helping you move beds into shade ect

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed linen was fresh and crisp everyday. Thank you Ronel. The service was excellent. Imraan at the Conceige Desk was always so pleasant and helpful. I love staying at the Habtoor Grand because it offers so much for a family looking for a relaxing time and lots of fun.
