Harvey’s was the first hotel-casino in South Lake Tahoe so naturally it bagged the best position, It has a heated outdoor pool that is open seasonally. And you have a huge choice of eateries, including Gordon Ramsay's iconic Hell's Kitchen. 742 rooms on up to 19 floors in 2 towers. All with satellite TV with pay-per-view films and games, WiFi*, safe, alarm/clock radio, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Classic Rooms, situated in the Mountain Tower, are perfect for the budget conscious traveller, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Luxury Rooms are in the Lake Tower and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen (open for lunch and dinner), Sage Room Steakhouse (open for dinner, select evenings). Joe's Sports Bar and Grille. Wolf by Vanderpump. The experience here was not great at all. They have two sections of the hotel where one side is very nice and rooms are nicer but then they have a side where it looks completely worn down and old. The experience here was not great at all. They have two sections of the hotel where one side is very nice and rooms are nicer but then they have a side where it looks completely worn down and old. There is no explanation as to why and we got placed in the old side. The rooms are a good size but you can hear literally everything from everyone all around you. Doors slamming, people singing and yelling. It sucks if you’re just trying to relax. The worst was there elevators they had a set of elevators closest to the our room but only 1 out of the 3 were working and someone had vomited in it and no one would clean it. So we had to go to the other side of the hotel to get to our room. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. Read less

This place is THE BEST of Tahoe and has been for DECADES!! I have stayed here, gambled here, eaten here and been entertained here. There is NEVER a bad time at Harvey's Tahoe!! I may be biased, as my grandpa Neil was affiliated with this place, since it's opening, but that just means, that I'm "In On the Details" from behind the scenes and can attest, that there are no creepy negatives or skeletons in the closet at Harvey's. I wrote this from my room at Harvey’s. Do not book here. The rooms are filthy! The housekeeping never showed up. When we had to call for blankets they left them on the floor outside our door! Thru didn’t even knock. From the elevator to our room, the floors anre mismatched. Wall hangings are missing from the walls. The air ventilation system is terrible. Smoke even in the non smoking floors. Our room there was hair in the bathroom which didn’t belong to us. Garbage on the floor of the room when we arrived. Our room for 4 had a tiny round table and ONE chair. There is mold all over the bathroom. The hallway to our room felt like we were walking into a horror movie. We paid too much for this disgusting room and we will never stay here again. I cannot believe they are getting in the 4 star range on reviews prior to booking. . Read less

Where to begin! The chick at the hotel front desk was completely disrespectful. The hotel room had missing lights. The room smelt like two old ladies with Marblo red hats smoking 3 cigarettes at once. The ice machine on the floor didn’t work so I had to go up a floor and once again the ice machine didn’t work sooo onto another floor the ice machine didn’t work 3 floors up the stairs up, by this time I found a team member and luckily I spoke Spanish to be able to ask this nice person to find me ice. (By the way best part of the experience.) Checked in through Expedia and was on Hold for 45 minutes trying to get a refund with Expedia. Just a regular couple trying to go on vacation WHY IS THAT SO HARD! 0/10 recommend. Read less

Came down for a New Year's family trip and we're never disappointed when using Caesar Rewards and staying at Harvey's. Excellent elevated dining experiences and some casual dining as well. Sage, Hell's Kitchen and Wolf are a must.
