Late Checkout would have been helpful. Pillows and bed was very comfortable. Amazing and mesmerizing views of the lake. Check in dome by Juan was especially nice and warm. Food was great. Only late check out should have been provided. Highly Recommended.

We stayed for a few days during the holiday season and had a wonderful stay. The resort was decorated and festive had a well rounded list of planned activities for adults and kids. One of the reasons for us choosing the hotel was its proximity to diamond peak with free shuttle service, but the real perk was the heated pool. While some hotels advertise their pools as being heated, this one was truly heated enough for comfort. Resort was packed because of the holidays which resulted in some long lines for breakfast and dinner but the hotel staff were all very patient and friendly, even though they were outnumbered by the sheer number of guests. Kids are already asking to go back, which is a win! Read less

A pretty nice hotels with a lot of activities (we loved morning yoga most of all). Some of the amenities need some refresh and rooms are lacking microwaves (which still could be delivered by request). However, they have really nice restaurants and wonderful Tahoe beach!

Such a fun and welcoming experience. The staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed all the inclusive experiences this Hyatt has, especially for the Christmas season. I don't want to reveal this location because it's already super packed most of time, but I just had to leave a great review for my experience there.
