Great hotel, was treated with complete consideration. Even got upgraded! Awesome views. I got a corner room that had views 180°. Staff downstairs also gave us a coupon to buy in their little store. Every single person/staff member we encounter was respectful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location to the Orpheum and restaurants. I was on the 27th floor and the city's night views were beautiful. However, Not as clean as could be, could still see spill residue and hair in bathroom. Would give 5 stars, except they charge $90 a night for valet parking...ridiculous!

Centrally located , clean and staff were helpful .SF has a lot of rain. Staff offered the umbrella . Room was spacious. We stayed at 30th floor, quiet and comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights with my mum and 2 children. We could check in around 2 although it said 4 pm

Great location with nice amenities especially if traveling with dog. Loved that the grove restaurant is across the street (great food). There’s an area right next to the hotel for spikey pee place. He like grass and rock area for pee because it don’t splash. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is a great choice for convenience and accessibility. It's very close to the subway and walking distance or one ride away from major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The area is safe and quiet compared to other nearby hotels where demonstrations and rallies are a daily scene. Our room is decent size for a family of four. And has an uninterrupted view of the city. Amenities can easily be requested by calling housekeeping. For travelers used to buying bottled water like us, there's a free water refilling station near reception—a handy way to save money. There's a valet parking however they charge sky rocket overnight fees. Consider the public parking around the block. The only downside is the limited food options in this area. Restaurants close at 8 or 9 PM, which is inconvenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a fantastic location. Read less
