Samuel was very helpful in setting it up, the servers Candace and Angelo checked up on us frequently and were super friendly and accommodating. Overall the beach staff is very well trained and make being there fun and luxurious, Adrian and Gianluca run a championship team! In the pool, I was set up by Cameron who I had great conversation with. He was very impressive and thorough definitely ask for him.

My wife and I live in Boca Raton. We frequently take mini trips to Miami for a few days. Our number 1 choice of hotels is the 1 Hotel South Beach. We are greeted with hugs from Ali our bell person. She is the nicest and sweetest person. Our favorite is the rooftop pool and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will be back

Everything is amazing. The staff is incredible. Dada at the pancake station was the best, spotting children and making Mickey Mouse pancakes unprompted. Our waitress Irina was so welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!
